But, because of the increased incidence of ochronosis, forced FDA to ban the usage of hydroquinone as a whitening agent along with mercury and steroid drugs. However, in many countries, hydroquinone with a focus of 2 percent or less is still available over the counter as whitening agent but a higher focus requires prescription. Those who use hydroquinone should avoid contact with sun and should use sunscreen when they are exposed to natural light.

Don’t worry; instead of using harmful chemicals many natural methods are available to bleach the skin. In order to have healthy and balanced skin, you must take good rest and sufficient sleep, as skin does its repair works while sleeping. Also stay hydrated, which allows to flush out the toxins within the system and provides a proper and balanced skin. Above all, take a well-balanced diet that is fiber rich rich foods like fruits and vegetables, as they contains plenty of anti-oxidants that are capable of removing the free radicals and toxins from the system. Drinking green tea also allows, as it is also an excellent source of anti-oxidants.

Moreover, you have to cleanse and moisturize the skin to get a beautiful complexion. This is because; contact with contamination, sun, dust and aging accumulates lots of unwanted things of the skin, which should be cleansed properly to have flawless skin.

In order to rejuvenate the skin you can implement sandalwood insert, freshly squeezed orange juice or honey-turmeric insert of the skin. Combine one tbsp of sweetie with turmeric extract dust to make a thick insert and implement it of the skin for fifteen minutes. This will not only lighten the skin, but also reduce the pimples and brown spots. Similarly mix one tbsp of sandalwood dust with freshly squeezed orange juice and make a insert.

This facilitates the reduction of excessive production of melanin.  Lemon juice if applied in combination with turmeric extract dust and cucumber puree also allows to bleach the skin and provides a proper and balanced glow to the skin. Care should be taken to implement this insert only at night, as it makes the skin photosensitive.
