Acne Free in 3 Days - Fast Track to Get Rid of Acne

If question above related to you please do not give up yet because in this article I will discuss my own personal experience on how I successfully be acne free in 3 days. Yes! You heard it right, it does happen to me after I read some eBook about cure acne using natural ways. But to cut it short or you might get bore with full long article, I will only list the proven ways.

So what is Acne?

Acne is actually a term for pimples, blemishes, lumps and pores that appear on face, neck, arms, shoulders and back.

And what are the causes of acne?

To be able to get acne free in 3 days you need to know what the cause of acne are. Acne is caused as a result of hormonal imbalance which produces more oil glands. An example of such hormones is call Androgens. Acne causes may additionally because of skin bacteria and germs. These bacteria cause skin redness. It is difficult to become acne free fast while these bacteria exist within your skin.

Ways to get Acne Free in 3 days

In order to get acne free fast in a holistic way you absolutely must follow some guidance here:

1#) Natural treatment is the best! Of course pills, facial scrubs or benzoyl peroxide cream will work but it only work temporarily.

2#) Drink lots of water & juices. This truly helps you to hydrated your skin hence make it skin look fresh.

3#) Wash your face regularly by using an oil free soap or face wash. Oil free soap or any other facial wash is like a double edge sword. If you not using it, your skin become oily thus block the pores and create more acne but if you use it overly it will make your skin dry and rough. 4#) Never touch your face with unwashed, dirty hands. Our hands contain germs and bacteria that can increase the growth of acne and hence it will be difficult to get rid of acne.

5#) Make your own diet plan. You should not over eat fatty & oily food unless you want more inflamed skin. My suggestion is to eat greens, vitamins and non processed foods which proven to help you skin to reduce acne breakout.

6#) Start exercising regularly (at least 3 times each week). Exercise leads to sweating, which will help in opening the plugged pores of your skin. Plugged pores are among the most frequent reasons of acne. Hence if you wish to get rid of acne fast, you must absolutely start your exercising regime.

7#) Try to minimize the use of makeup on your skin especially for women. Except to look pretty, the reason why women using makeup is to cover up her acne but this will further trigger acne because the chemical substances inside the cosmetic.

8#) Never squeeze or pop the acne. This can causes the contaminated part to go further straight into the skin and makes it difficult to get acne free soon.
