Hands Off
Do not touch your face anymore than essential. I'm not just talking about your hands, I mean with anything that might have oil on it such as your pillow slip, towels, oily hair, etc. All of these might have bacteria, dirt or oil which can be transferred to your face and make your acne a good deal worse.
Any one of these items might have dirt, bacteria or oil on it which may get transferred to your face and cause your acne to get worsen. Always be sure to clean your hands before touching your face. And keep your pillow slips and towels clean.

Pimple Popping
Popping your pimples is a no-no. When you pop your pimples, you permit the bacteria trapped within the zit to come out and spread the acne infection. This will cause your acne to multiply drastically.
It will also cause the redness around the zit to increase because of the pressure you used to pop your pimple. And if you pop your zits with dirty hands, your acne will worsen because of the bacteria, dirt and oil you will transfer to your pores.
Exercise
